What Colonis Pharma needed

Products buried in flat PDF lists with no search or filtering
Patient information leaflets and SmPCs hard to locate and version-track
Nothing usable on mobile — a third of visitors were bouncing
No clear route for prescriber, pharmacy or wholesaler enquiries
Slow, unmonitored hosting with no update or backup routine

The approach

How we tackled it

Built a structured medicines library with live search and category filters
One record per product — strength, pack size, licence number, documents
Mobile-first layouts designed around the way clinicians actually search
Separate enquiry paths for prescribers, pharmacies and distributors
Moved onto ACS-managed UK hosting with monitoring, backups and updates
