How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 48 hours of approval, and plenty are same-day. Jobs waiting on a specific part e.g. a MacBook screen can depend on delivery, and we’ll tell you the expected date when we quote.
Will I lose my data?
Not if we can help it. Wherever the drive is readable we back your data up before starting work. If the drive itself has failed, that becomes a data recovery job and we’ll discuss it with you before going further.
Do you repair MacBooks and Apple machines?
Yes, including screen replacements, batteries, keyboards, storage upgrades and software issues on both Intel and Apple Silicon machines.
Is it worth repairing or should I replace it?
We’ll tell you honestly. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we’ll say so and talk you through the alternatives, including a custom build or a straightforward upgrade instead.
Can you come to us?
For business clients with a support contract that covers on-site support, we cover Birmingham, Staffordshire and the wider Midlands. Many software issues can also be resolved the same day over remote support.
For domestic repairs, we request you to bring your device into us at one of our locations, please remember to call before coming as we are appointment only.
Do you cover businesses as well as homes?
Both. Home users pay per job; businesses usually prefer a maintenance plan that covers a whole fleet of machines with priority response.
